The human energy journey

To be able to develop a set of skills and abilities which enhance an energy system in your body.

Start by testing your sensitivity to the energy.

If you are lucky enough to start your journey with a connect experience, you are off to a good start

Test your energy sensitivity. Not everyone is energy sensitive, but if you are, it will be easier to train and develop advanced skills. Energy sensitivity is hard to predict. we have found that people that think too much or have very tight muscles around the neck and shoulders tend to have a harder time feeling the energy. Even if you cant feel the energy, you can still train, but it will be much harder because you have no feedback. but you will still develop energy. there are people who train to very high levels with very low or no sensitivity, but its like playing any sport blindfolded.

the process is connecting, training, connecting, training. training hours and intensity grows the amount of energy compounded in your body. connecting teaches you how to feel and control the energy. over time you need both to be able to develop more advanced skills
